Kellie worked as a Consultant/ Project Manager on the Leadership Development/Performance Management Programmes within Sir Robert McAlpine for approximately a year. This was a very significant project for the organisation and needed expertise in both of these areas - which Kellie provided. Kellie's knowledge, professionalism, stakeholder management skills and support were instrumental in getting this project off the ground. Kellie interacted with staff at all levels within the organisation and displayed an enormous amount of patience, understanding, and empathy when faced with challenges. Kellie was well liked and respected and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her. I very much hope to work with Kellie again in the future.
Kellie and I partnered together on an HR project at EY. This was the first time we had worked together but Kellie made an immediate and credible impact with me as an HR SME. She walked me through the Employee Relations and procedural aspects of what we needed to do in a timely and accessible way. She provided invaluable advice and consultation for me in something that was new to me - and made me feel confident in my role in the project. Timelines were tight and Kellie kept a calm head and organised approach to ensure we delivered what we needed to. Not only did we deliver the outcome needed successfully but we also worked well together and built rapport. I would highly recommend her for HR BP roles and advice.
Kellie made a significant contribution to the design and development of the performance management framework at Sir Robert McAlpine. She demonstrated strong leadership skills, willingness to collaborate with and support the programme team members, and an ability to keep the programme on track. It was a pleasure to work with Kellie as she has a natural supportive style and demonstrated full commitment to the delivery of a high quality programme.
Kellie is one of the best HR professionals I’ve worked with. She brings a special blend of pragmatism, insights and technical knowledge to each situation. I place a high value on the advice that she provides, as well as the fact that no issue, however complex or urgent, ever seems to fluster her.
I have had the pleasure of working with Kellie twice, the first time was at EY for 3 years and the second time was at Nabarro for 18 months. As HR Director of both firms I was her immediate Manager. At EY Kellie was a Senior HR Business partner responsible for all HR aspects of a large and complex fee earning part of the practice. She is technically very strong, has a high level of attention to detail and is able to build strong relationships at all levels. This is why I then hired her at Nabarro as Head of HR, running the HR generalist team and managing the HR projects portfolio. Kellie also needed to deputise for me, working directly with the Executive and the Managing Partner. Significant progress was made at the firm during Kellie’s time there including a large and complex restructure of a support function and significant progress around wellbeing. Kellie is hardworking, versatile and a fun colleague and team member and I have no hesitation in recommending her, please feel free to contact me.
Kellie versatility in providing strategic thoughts and insights to a talent strategy is supplemented by strong Employee Relations knowledge and experience. Kellie is able to provide comprehensive end to end support through organisational design and change and is able to navigate and support both basic to complex employment disputes.
Kellie provided HR expertise to me as part of a complex operating model review. Given this was the first time I had dealt with a restructure, her advice was invaluable. Kellie is professional yet approachable, silly questions are welcomed! She has a great deal of HR knowledge and provided sound direction and support throughout the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any organisation that requires an HR expert.
