I have had the pleasure of working with Kellie twice, the first time was at EY for 3 years and the second time was at Nabarro for 18 months. As HR Director of both firms I was her immediate Manager. At EY Kellie was a Senior HR Business partner responsible for all HR aspects of a large and complex fee earning part of the practice. She is technically very strong, has a high level of attention to detail and is able to build strong relationships at all levels. This is why I then hired her at Nabarro as Head of HR, running the HR generalist team and managing the HR projects portfolio. Kellie also needed to deputise for me, working directly with the Executive and the Managing Partner.
